I book through Make my trip I was not given check-in. They said it's on low price.the room pillow was very small and bad smell. There was no toiletries available. The hot water was not working well when i call the staff he said the hot water tank is empty. I know he didn't have any knowledge of what he was speaking about because there was hot water geaser in room. The Tv was broken and when I asked to change they were making excuses and after multiple requests tv was changed. No complimentary water was provided.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked it for two days but was forced to leave after just one day because of how bad the stay was. Especially the staff AMAN was the worst person in terms of humanity. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were completely unacceptable. On top of that, the “Secure Trip” add-on I paid for turned out to be a total waste of money. It’s nothing but a money trap from MakeMyTrip, absolutely useless and misleading. I strongly recommend avoiding both this hotel and the Secure Trip feature.

We felt unsafe at night receptionist was there in the counter and for a help we knocked some doors ... they instead starting scolding us that we cannot knock anyone’s door and 2 bulky man came in anger and started asking who was knocking door n all horrible kind of experience

location is easy to find but quite far from metro confusion about my booking confirmation due to computer system faults, wrong date,wrong place unsealed Bisleri water bottles, given on repeated reminders Tv needed changing so many amenities listed but many not there. no dining area as shown in pics Door difficult to lock not a single window,rooms like prison cell room too small,made to look big by photo tricks shower not present water flows out from shower point main tap defective difficult to close

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the stay my family and I had at your hotel from 15th June to 16th June 2025. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality expected from a family-friendly establishment. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the rooms had a strong and unpleasant smell, including a pervasive smoking odor. The overall cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom was substandard. The toilet was not clean, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom door was malfunctioning and difficult to open. Additionally, the presence of insects in both the room and bathroom made the stay highly uncomfortable and unhygienic. Basic amenities such as drinking water, a doormat, glasses, a second towel, etc., were not provided proactively and were only made available upon specific request, which is not ideal, especially for families. Given these conditions, I would not recommend this hotel for family stays and believe serious attention and improvement are needed in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and take immediate steps to rectify the issues mentioned for the comfort of future guests.

Unhygienic bathroom, dirty and leaking faucets , stained tiles , poor parking space . Lot of mosquitoes in the room..

The hotel is easy to locate and easy to commute. It offered a smooth check in and check out. It has a good atmosphere. The people at reception were helpful and nice. The room was clean. A small but cozy room.

I spent each morning in the gym and each evening unwinding with a massage. The hotel’s holistic approach to health made this stay one of the best I’ve had in a long time."
