I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the stay my family and I had at your hotel from 15th June to 16th June 2025. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality expected from a family-friendly establishment.
Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the rooms had a strong and unpleasant smell, including a pervasive smoking odor. The overall cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom was substandard. The toilet was not clean, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom door was malfunctioning and difficult to open.
Additionally, the presence of insects in both the room and bathroom made the stay highly uncomfortable and unhygienic. Basic amenities such as drinking water, a doormat, glasses, a second towel, etc., were not provided proactively and were only made available upon specific request, which is not ideal, especially for families.
Given these conditions, I would not recommend this hotel for family stays and believe serious attention and improvement are needed in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
I hope you will take this feedback constructively and take immediate steps to rectify the issues mentioned for the comfort of future guests.
