Owner says this is not our property the name is changed but the building is same as in photos and they showed me that they got booking in oyo app not make my trip i have already done full advance payment but their oyo app is showing 431rs pending i have to pay that also to stay “Worst experience” never booking any other hotel through make my trip app

It was good location and clean room and room service was also good..overall good property and hospitality

3. The hotel is overall good. Service is okay. Cushions were dirty which were replaced on asking. And there was a smoke smell in the room so fragrance was sprayed on asking. Wort of money.

The hotel book was not allocated and the allocated hotel was far and the service quality was poor and the washroom and other things were very bad

They took more money from me by saying that this hotel in not included in mmt, they don't take booking from mmt, i want my refund as they took 3k for two rooms, earlier it was 2446

One of the decent hotels to stay given the price. Noida sector 62 is nearby so can be a good choice for office folks

Room was not cleaned properly and there are not basic things in room like towel, dustbins and water. There was smoking smell in room and they allow customers to smoke inside rooms. So overall cleaning and hygiene not proper and basic amenities were missing.

The place is full of mosquitos, water heaters are not working, plug is not working, no intercom available, slow service

I stayed there for 3 days, room are clean and bathroom are also clean. Tv doesn't work, kitchen is not ready so only breakfast is available there. Overall good stay, staff is supportive and you can order food online.
