Review Of Super Townhouse La Vista Inn Grand Hotel

Location is little away from town. there is no food available. not many amenities there. Lift is pathetic and smelly.

the rooms which were shown is completely different in reality, I asked the hotel management ..they responded very rudely asked to give complaint to make my trip......worst experience

I enjoyed my time here. The environment was calm and quiet. It was easy to rest and feel comfortable in the space provided.

The inviting atmosphere allowed our family to bond and enjoy quality time together after busy days. highly recommended.

The room is not good as expected and too much of cost ,ac isnt working properly ,no proper room and washbasin given is not working properly

good hotel without any luxury. staff are well mannered. only thing was I had to pay extra rupees at the hotel as the hotel was saying that the booking amount by Make my trip was less than the desired base ammount though I paid the full amount that was showing in the app during booking. same thing happened with two of my other friends who also stayed in same hotel with me in the different room. this is my very much mal practice , harrassing and unethical. Hope MMT will take care of these issues in future. MMT customer care was great and very corporative.

Rooms were compact good location easy to access price little high . It near to main road all items available

Very poor, worst experience up until now. In the middle of night, i was not allowed to check in

The staff and management is excellent, and the rooms and washrooms are totally clean and have a proper regular maintenance.

The property was at an ideal location for my purpose of visit. Neat and clean rooms. Amiable staff.

When i booked it showed images of larger room but as i went there the room was very small and hotel staff said that for booking we are giving that room only. That i adjusted bcause i only have to sleep remaining time i went out. But main problem was that they are not even giving complimentary water bottle that you have to buy, then they did not cleaned as i stayed 3 days there should be housekeeping daily. And the last thing is that u will not get tea or coffee in morning you have to go out for that also. If u are bechallor then ok take it but as a family i will suggest take other options or take executive room which are costlier on same hotel.

It was good. Rooms were clean and ac was working well. The curtains were clean and view from the window was beautiful. Room service was a little delayed but overall it was a good experience
