I booked the hotel from 10.09.2025 to 11.09.2025 (12.00-12.00).My train got exceptionally late by 15 hours and I couldn't checked in before 05.00 am today.But I was astonished to see that the hotel owner wasn't allowing me to check-in so late.He allowed me to check-in after so much requests,VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER

Overall the stay is average. The reason for the average is that the ambience is not so good. Also, when i booked the room it was not mentioned that it doesn't include a/c. When i reached the hotel they gave me a/c room and i paid additional 500 bucks to convert the room to a/c room. In a nutshell there is no transparency on this. But the location is prime!

Room was pathetic. I booked non-ac room, fan was not running properly even if it runs, with very loud voice, gave complaints but no response. So, requested to upgrade to ac room instead they asked me to book separate ac-room booked it. Unfortunately, ac was not working and it was window ac. Food was good but problem is whenever we ordered anything, they want us to pay money upfront for the food. Ac room booking amount also they took it upfront and receptionist was arrogant.
