Review Of Super Townhouse Hotel O Benchmark

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room and washroom were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The landline in the room wasn’t working, so I had no way to reach reception or room service. What shocked me the most was the behavior of the staff – they were completely unprofessional and irresponsible. When I asked for anything, I was simply told to “ask at reception,” and even then, no one followed up. To make matters worse, some of the staff appeared to be drunk even in the morning, which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable in any hospitality setting. I even raised this concern, but no action was taken. The overall hospitality was very poor, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they take serious steps to improve cleanliness, staff behavior, and guest safety.

This trip was horrible, this hotal not for the family .this only for couples who came here only for injoiment. They not warried that hotel's A.C working or not ,light was flunkring, No exhaust, No cleanness etc. .

the hotel was not good the rooms were dirty and their condition were horrible.staff behaviour was not good and they charge ₹200 and ₹1000 for late check out.we book premium rooms but they give classic rooms.I suggest to not book this horrible hotel.this hotel is not recommended for family .

Fan, tv not working, no windows, smoking smell from other rooms are coming. Bed is not comfortable. Only the good thing, it's well located.

They said they didn’t allow booking, they do offline booking only the staff was rude, they even didn’t show the room before 12 it was not a good behavior overall
