Terrible Stay
Hotel rejected my stay. I want my refund

It was okayish. There was a problem regarding the payment which i made, the receptionist asked for more payment.

Reception staff are unaware that the breakfast & dinner are included in the room tariff and argued a lot and was unable to give the details regarding the booking. I will like to tell the details regarding this booking on phone to makemytrip. I am dissatisfied with this booking

Checkin not allowed
Low tariff reason was given by the staff, not even giving the bill for the extra amount i had to pay

Room was not clean & even bed was not comfortable.. it was making sounds even if you just sit on it… food was also below average

Extra money had to be paid at checkin
They will ask for extra money at time of checkin and will not allot you a room until you pay up. I had to extra 250 rs per day rate, inorder to get a room.

Room was spacious and clean. Small hiccup was the leaky tap in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Untrained staff non cooperative too
familyHotels staff is non supportive staff i checked in hotel at 5pm and want to checkout at 2pm next day but staff can't support for this request and also room bathrooms not sanitized nor topic with toothbrush and paste

Below average stay
No cleanliness of bedsheets and blankets and there were too many mosquitoes who will make you wake whole night. Location is ok, food is avg. Rest service was ok
Bedsheets and blankets had stains. And there were too many mosquitoes making hard to sleep and so my purpose of visit was defeated as i could not sleep at night😞

Pathetic experience
No hot water in the room, washbasin was leaking, washroom holder was broken. Musty smell in the room. No guidelines for covid -19 was followed. No temp check, no sanitation, non of the staff members were wearing. No hygiene and safety maintained by the staf. We booked for two adults however the breakfast was served for only one person. Location was good
