I wanted to share my recent experience regarding my stay, as I believe it’s important for you to be aware of what occurred.
Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was not available because your establishment does not accept online bookings. This was surprising, as I had made my reservation through MakeMyTrip and had confirmation of my booking. I was then presented with the option to pay more than double the original cost for accommodation, which was not only frustrating but also quite unexpected.
As a result, I found myself stranded at night without a place to stay, which was incredibly distressing. This experience has left me very disappointed, as I had been looking forward to my stay.
