Bed sheets and very dirty ..room cleanliness was awful....

hotel room was not clean enough.The cupboards has used beer cans and condom packets....Washroom tap was functional but broken.There is no in-house restaurant. They have tied up with some road side hotel.Only one room service guy for entire hotel...No lift....Basically it is not a hotel for family....Worst stay.

hotel pictures in the app are good but actually the room is not clean and toilet is also not clean my experience with this hotel is not good in most of the rooms everyone is drinking alcohol with doors open may be they are giving rooms for drinking purpose only the location of the hotel is good but hotel is very bad in the picture it looks like new hotel but actually it is very old, furniture of the hotel is very old, bathroom is smelly

The staff were ever so helping and welcoming. Almost felt like home. Love the interiors and the whole atmosphere.

So friendly and professional staff and rooms are good as I expected, the most important thing that I was concerned about every time I travel is the washroom and yes, it was upto the mark.

Clean and well-arranged room with soft bedding. Staff's dedication made a big difference.

Importantly. Raj anna, the staff member, had kindly accommodated the party hall space that was vacant and available to practice the classical art. The rooms were cleaned upon requests. If they could promptly clean daily, that would be helpful. And they are actually understaffed. There's only 1 person to be able to manage the cleaning. It could be helpful if they could employ more members to support the daily services. Thank you.
