Staff behaviour is good, but room is not not clean... Cockroach all around and mosquito as well... Bedsheet was dirty

Rule and policy in paper and actual in hotel are different. Room was not fit for family. My booking was for 2 adults and one child but provide me room for couple.

The hotel is completely dirty. For toilet are not for human and dirty flash not working geyser not working room are damp and full of mold. Bedsheet and pillow cover are all dirty and the bedsheet is torn from many places. Finally not for human to stay there. As soon as i check in i left the hotel i pay the hotel for free.

The front office and service staff were very coordinating And the food was very good too.................

Worst hotel i have ever seen. Even the water was not free. They told me to buy and that was compulsory. Neither the ac nor the geyser was ready to use. Previous guest's food was there. Samausa's chatni was thrown there. Room was booked for 7 days but i use only one night. Please don't suggest anyone to use that hotel. Otherwise it's a loss of mmt.

Worst experience garbages were over there ac was not okay geyser was not okay

book करने के बाद भी पैसा 400 अलग से ले लिया। बोला कि 400 ₹ और दो तुम्हारा रूम किसी और को दे दिया हुं। बेड बाथरूम और रूम भी गंदा था। साफ करने के लिए बोला तो बोला कल होगा।

No any facilities in the hotel no hyegine not even having proper bathroom
