lot of bedbugs which ruined my sleep, I had to checkout one day earlier to avoid another night of sleep deprivation, I asked the receptionist to change the bedsheets and pillow cover, he didn't do anything. poor management

Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended I stayed at Super Collection O Gachibowli for 3 days, and it was a terrible experience. Although the room and washroom looked clean at first, I soon found insects in the bed and pillows — including bedbugs (khatmal) and other small bugs. It was very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The washroom had a drainage issue — water used to collect and overflow almost immediately after use. On top of that, the wardrobe door and lock were broken, and the room had a constant bad smell coming from the bed and surroundings, which made the stay even worse. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management seriously needs to improve hygiene, pest control, maintenance, and overall cleanliness.

The most awful place I have ever stayed. Unclean bathrooms, small dingy room, stained towels and bedsheets, dusty floors with hair of previous occupant all over the floor, dysfunctional flush, and no service at all. Not even drinking water. Horrible experience.

Had a bad experience at this place. Decent staff but badly maintained, dirty washroom, leaking taps, window without glass in it, cockroach in the room. They really need someone good to maintain this property

Cleanliness, Room Ambience, Amenities were good and running. The staff is helpful. They need to improve on bathroom maintenance.

The location of the hotel is in the prime center (near Gachibowli flyover) many resturants like karachi bakery. Paradise birayani, sardarji Dhaba, pizza joints. Ice cream parlour etc. 3.2 km from US consulate. Very decent hotel and its value for money. For one night stay, it's more than enough. The front desk of the hotel is very polite and helpful.

There are bed bugs in the hotel bed, skin got rashes and bed sheets was unchanged and no response from the management side, worst stay ever had,management was not responding..

The entire premises were neat and clean. Necessary facilities like AC, hot water, tv, cleanliness, in my room were intact and no need arose for complaint. very compact room with almirah, table-chair, etc. Early check in also provided by hotel as complementary. I checked out one day early.

In the make my trip voucher there is mention for complimentary checkout at the hotel they denied it for, it.

Property is good, it was clean and well maintained, staff behavior was top notch, checkin was flexible so I was able to checkin early as well
