Poorly maintained. Rooms are full of cob webs. Geyser not working. AC not cooling and remote not provided. Bathrooms super dirty. Shower Knob missing. Geyser n tap leaking continously. No remote for TV. Cracks in doors n walls. When highlighted to the manager, he expressed his helplessness and said that owner is aware and not working on these issues. Would never recommend this property.

I was charged for breakfast but i have already booked breakfast in the room what for then i have paid the money for

The rooms and outside were not clean. The toilets were terrible. Constant noise from outside during the night. I would never suggest this stay to anyone.

1. Cleaning issue: Bedsheets not upto the mark 2. Water issue: Tap/shower not working properly, Geyser not working. 3. Room issue: We got call in the telephone inside room for room service. Seeing the condition, the room might have been given that of service person. 4. Behavioral issue: we asked for room change to which initially he was not seems interested to. Although whiche checking I was told that they will change next day. Changed room after escalated. 5. Rat issue: There. Were rats inside another room to which shifted. My clothes got damaged. This is a first time in any hotel stayed till date. 6. The food which was served as per my need was initially found good. But later found hair into it so had to leave half ate.
