service was very poor. when we ordered something they changed too much. The room was also duty.most thing sefty also not up to the Mark. service was very poor.

The room was not clean, and I did not receive a towel or soap.

Stay is pathetic. No on ground staff or room service available. Room condition is not up to the mark. There is no proper facility for breakfast. The receptionist does not have any idea how to manage the guests.

The stay was decent and the location was good, but the food could have been better. We also had to ask for the amenities as they weren’t provided initially, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, an okay experience but there’s room for improvement.
