Very pleasant stay, staff are very friendly and services available as mentioned. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained.

There is no restaurant at the venue, but can order food from outside. The mineral water or bathroom amenities like toothbrush and paste have to be requested. Else its not available in the room. Had to replace the towel as the first one they had provided was very moist. But on requesting the friendly staff do respond quickly.

It was good and the rooms were neat and clean. The only problem was the breakfast. It would’ve nice if it was better.

Location & surrounding atmosphere is good, staff not bad. The only negative is receptionist and staffs are not much interactive. when we check in other hotels the receptionist will give a short description about the hotel, staff, restaurant, amenities and many other things but here nothing just giving the key and from the key we have to find room number. Except this the hotel was clean & stylish. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Decent rooms, clean bathroom. There was no in house restaurant so they allowed take outs which actually was a plus point. Their service was a bit slow, had to call them multiple times to get things, only provided one water bottle for a stay of two days, charged for the other

We chose the hotel because it was close to Leela Convention Centre in Bagalur. While the location was fine and the check-in. check out were good, the facilities need a good uplift. In room phones were not working. No towels were given, and once towels arrived they were disintegrating into black pieices. Breakfast took a long time to be served

Sterling wood hotel - It was disappointing. Other than it being cheap, the service was poor. The rooms were small and they don’t help carrying the baggage.

First of all, rooms are good. wash room is neat. location too ok. residential area. back side of orchid wood apartments. view from window directly to kids play area of orchid wood. so pleasant to watch. staff boys are good. Now, some negatives 1. as mentioned in amenities, there is no sofa, chair in room 2. no restaurant 3. complimentary breakfast is served in room itself. no coffee or tea given. just one dosa,or 3 idlis per head with chutney only. as there is no chair, we have to sit on floor or in bed to eat 4. one wash towel kept. no dental kit kept. these were given when we asked for it. we stayed for e days, daily we have to ask for towel 5. gave key in receipt and told to clean room. it wasn't done when we came back. we waited then till room is cleaned 6. receptionist seems unprofessional and gloomy 7. actually they need a manager to guide and male them all these things.

Nice stay with good ambience. well maintained and clean rooms and washrooms. Facilities are also satisfactory and staff is good and well behaved. I stayed with my family for 4 days and we had a comfortable stay while in Bangalore

i stayed there for 5 nights. small hotel, without restaurant facility. had breakfast in my package. though it was served but poor quality. no sugar sachets for 2 days, then no milk powder for next two days. rooms were ok, staff was decent.

I had a pleasant stay! The location was super convenient, close to key spots in the city. The staff was courteous, and the check-in process was smooth. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food at the property was decent, though there’s room for improvement in variety. Overall, great value for money!
