I stay at this Sun n Step resorts, best resort to stay, good experience!!staff is good , service is good.

The property is in a great location and offers excellent potential. It just needs some renovation to bring it to its full charm. Conveniently situated near all shopping amenities, it’s perfect for families.

The room was very unorganised and not available telephone for communication reception; very poor response from staff; electricity board not working ; hot water not come properly

Room was okay and clean but the ac started making noise like a diesel generator at the middle of the night which i had to turn off and there was no fan in room (there was a table fan on the wall far away. Some people were sleeping in the lobby outside our room which was very weird.

Property is very old, needs to be renovated, rooms were stinking hygience is not maintained, staff was rude. Water was filled inside the room.
