Poor Stay
Service of the hotel is too poor, they not attended the customer complaints immediately. Room service was also poor. Not maintained the cleanliness.

Never booking again
I had the corporate booking for this hotel. Never book this hotel. My check inn was 11. 00 am however we requested hotel management for early check inn which the hotel accepted before booking. Even thou rooms where available when i reached hotel early. They made me charge rs 500 extra for early checkin

Dear Sir, It is always clear in online booking that if you want to check in before the policy decided by hotel and OTA , so you need to pay extra. It does not mean that if we have room vacant in the morning so we should not charge. Due to this reason Please don't misunderstand us. The hotel is well placed but needs some maintainance. The people are very friendly and helpful. The food need to get better.

Thank you very much for the valuable comment. Sir if the room was not good you could have stopped booking continuosly for the next six days. In your entire stay you have not handed over the keys for the cleaning and have always carried the keys with you not informing to clean the room and now you blame the property for the cleanliness. And for the noise, it is the marriage season and all the guest enjoy the property and if you felt noisy should have not continued the booking. By keeping such kind of comments, when the fault is totally yours is not good on the guest part also. We know you must have faced some problems while your stay, so you could have approached front office but you never did and now you blame the property is not good on your part. We will definitely see to it that you are satisfied in your next booking and will take best care of you. Thank you.

My reply was totally fair and I had tried to call the customer to ask him in this regards but he has not attended my call, so I discussed this issue to the BDM Someshji also and he is also well aware of this issue. So my as the customer review is getting highlighted I request my reply should also get the same importance as there is nothing false in that and should be checked genuinely. Or both the review and the reply should be deleted.

Average Hotel with reasonable price
businessRooms are small and telephone was not functioning. Service is also average. I asked a water to drink near reception. One staff gave me a water in glass. I drank the water. That staff without clean the glass kept into the rack.

Dear sir, when you book the room with us that means you have already seen the picture of the room which is the real room picture, so how can you say that the size of the room is small. Also you haven't ordered anything so how do you say the service is average. Also the water served to you was in the clean glass and if it was to be served again than the glass will certainly be washed and filled as it was done for you. All the other guests who came with you and stayed with us were satisfied, so if you had noticed something like that, than could have brought to our notice. Good location, near market and railway Station. Little noisy due to railway crossing, staff very polite and obviously eager for some tip on every service.

Sir I really don't recall how you lost money without staying. And if wrongly booked would have brought the issue to the management before giving this review though you have not stayed. And if the Hotel was not matching your standard than would have cancelled immediately. Sorry to say but when you write for someone without even staying you misguide other also. Location is good. Rest all is average.
The toilet seat wad missing. Raised the issue and asked for the room to be changed. No allocation was done.

Noisy hotel
It was next to madding agar station and continuous train movement was very disturbing. The room service boys were also not well trained. Hot water was not working on day one. Hotel was under renovation still they accommodated customers.
