Service was not good its getting late in every single normal thing amenities also before checkout 4 hours ago they started sending people and they push alarma button really very irritating and calling me when will you do checkout even not the right time 11 am checkout they started calling me around 8:30 really not good dont visit here also charging very high

Worst hotel and pathetic service

Worst Hotel with Too High Price, Pathetic Service, No staff, Rooms are with lot of fungus and smell, untidy everywhere, all activities are chargeable, luggage is not safe, unhygeinic everywhere, rooms are different what it shows in photos, manager, staff is least bothered about guests. dont stay here at all as its total waste of money and 1 starter is 780 rs that too tasteless, peanuts 350rs. select other hotel

Enjoyed the stay

Kitchen service was very slow and the quality of service overall has been degraded overtime. I stayed here in 2022 and they were fantastic. I don’t know what changed.

Nice property but needs to be maintained

This property is located at nice location, but is not at all maintained well. Found it to be lacking cleanliness at multiple places. Room was not very clean. Dust was in multiple parts, pillows were worn out and not usable, bath towel were smelling, bathroom was not in good condition, electrical points were damaged. All these put us off for our trip to Mount Abu. Only saving grace is breakfast. It was extensive and of good quality. However prices of on-property restaurant is highly overpriced. Too expensive in short. I would not recommend this property till the issues are resolved.

It was like a two-three star property. Lacks services. A/C wasn’t working properly. Wi-fi was limited to 2 devices per room. Terrible food. Way too expensive
