Review Of Hotel Hilltone

The property I booked the room in was in a very beautiful location with very good amenities. My family and I are very happy with it. We had a wonderful experience on our trip. Thank you also to MakeMyTrip for finding and providing us with such a property..🙏

It was a good experience at Hilltone hotel. The room was clean but there was a very small window. The overall experience was good and the rajasthani performance was amazing at night arranged by the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay, the location is good, food is also very good. Overall we love staying there. If we visit Mount abu again, will definitely choose the same hotel

Property needs major rwnovation and feels dated. The third party spa is shady and needs to be replaced with a new management.

Location is Excellent. Middle of the Town Area. Walking Distance to all most all the places. Breakfast was levish and had many Options. Staff is helpful and friendly. Overalll NICE place to stay.

The first experience while check-in was surprising to be.. They charged me additionally 1000 Rs. because my child age is 11 and somehow it was written 10 years age in booking documents. I tried to understand what is the difference they charged for.. because anyway, I already paid for extra child charges during booking as my child age is 10 years. they show some paper where it was written that 11 years child required extra 1000 rs. I booked my stay in a Delux room with MAP plan, which includes Break fast and Dinner. Room was big in size and clean, however, very minimum amenities were there compared to the price they charged. next I went for the Dinner with family and got to know that there is no buffet Dinner arrangement because of less guests. we forced to order from the limited menu that night. However, the food quality was below average. the second night they arranged a buffet Dinner, that also very very limited food items and below average taste. staffs behavior was very nice and Gentle with the guests. I appreciate few of them like they were managing guests. Hotel is having one TV with free channels. On that Perticular day it was Asia Cup Final India VS Pakistan cricket match.. I request them for the Sony Liv channel but they denied for adding the channel as per hotel rules. mobile internet was too slow in Hotel room that live streaming was not possible. Hotel wifi speed is horrible. even I told them to charge the extra money for adding the Sony Liv channel but they denied. Breakfast menu and variety were good. Location and Swimming pool was awesome. we enjoyed our Pool time very well. Other than these above point, Hotel property is very good for relaxing. we came from Kolkata which is too far from this area and it was a nice stay for us to relax after a long travel.

I am pleased by the environment, swimming experience, children's park and your food is outstanding in the taste, loved it. Request to develop few more activities in children's park and for adults as well, like singing, games, etc, even view of mountains are missing so disappointed by that, felt suffocated as we got room on 1st floor.

Staff not very polite. No one is smiling everyone is tensed. Guests are here for fun and enjoyment not to see heavy faces of employees at front desk and at restaurant.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to reach nearby tourist spots. The rooms were clean and facilities were overall satisfactory. The restaurant's food preparation was also nice.

I have a good experience with MakeMyTrip and with Hotel Hilton. The property is in good condition and all my friends like it. I have a good experience with this tour.

No words to explain the joy of visiting Mt Abu and staying in Hotel Hilltone. Room was excellent and we had a shared terrace. We stayed for two nights. And had IRD and enjoyed.

We were very impressed with how well-maintained the property was. Our stay was peaceful and the staff were quite polite and prompt. They have a good pool and a separate games club too.

Rain showers in room lobby, room bed smells, room location is also not good, room lock is not properly work

Property is at very nice location, they have temperature controlled pool, and also very luxurious property. and food was really very very tasty, i just love the restaurant they have. i will give 10 out of 10 for food, luxury feel and for location as well.
