1)The bathroom cleanliness is poor. The taps are leaking. 2) the breakfast was good quality. But food ordering in lunch and dinner was not upto mark. It is just below average. 3) the biggest problem which observed that after the 10pm in night till morning 6am , it is dangerous to come out of room, as there is bear coming in resorts, we seen by our eyes early morning at 4pm , so very risky for family.

Poor rooms Didn’t expect this kind of . Too big name too poor quality

Terrible. Worst stay ever. I booked one of the premium category rooms for 2 nights, expecting something unique and offbeat I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels before, so I thought I’d try something different. Big mistake. The room was messy, with spider webs everywhere. It smelled terrible, the bathroom tiles were broken, and the bed had bugs. Even the premium rooms I checked all had the same problems. I can’t imagine what the lower category rooms must be like. Don’t be fooled by the pictures—the reality is completely different and far worse. The property looked completely neglected. I ended up booking another hotel just to sleep and spent the day outside to avoid being here. At this price, you can easily get far better stays—do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Property was in bad condition.As per picture i booked it and actual situation was terrible.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: Dirty and smelly rooms and bathrooms: Rooms and bathrooms being unclean and having unpleasant odors. Poorly maintained facilities: Geysers not working, and a game zone not functioning .

Worst experience too much unhygienic no lights no wifi nobody should spoil their trip while staying here

The food was delightful and the staff was courteous and supportive throughout our stay. Nestled in the serene lap of nature near Guru Shikhar, the property offers a truly refreshing escape. However, there is room for improvement in the amenities which could be maintained and managed with greater attention to detail.

Rooms are not up to the mark as compared to its cost. No hot water during complete stay. Basin Tap was broken , Towels and Napkins are yellowish

Resort is good but location is very odd. Had to spend a lot to travel to and from from main city centre. Food is ok.

This property is very far from nakki lake. Overall amenities are very good. Food is great. But faraway location from nakki lake is bit troublesome. No good shops nearby. Internet connection is not there.

The hotel was earlier owned by fern. There is no mentainence, the food is just ok, no consistency but to quality quantity the price was less. The best part is they are so welcoming for not only humans also for pets. The entire mount abu is not well maintained. Government should take care of the place as soon many tourists are visiting every year.

Had a beautiful stay at the ratan villas. Visited with my husband. The property is a pretty one with a lot of greenery and a beautiful lawn. All the staffs were extremely polite and very accommodating. Food was really delicious. Just a few things that they can work on. That is the wifi and the fact that a lot of paint fumes in the washroom because they were renovating the adjacent room. However, these are minor setbacks. Apart from that had an excellent time. The resort is well placed with most attractions at a reasonable distance. A must visit if you plan a trip to mount abu. Food and drinks delicious food hotel highlights romantic, quiet, great value

Toilet seat was dirty, bathroom door was not closing due to swell-en wood, room light was defective, garden was not usable due to long ( not trimmed ) grass, swimming pool was dirty

If you call a person for service, even if you ask for food, they say that the tandoor is not turned on for roti, they say that if you come to the hotel late at night, shout to the people to open the door, even if they are playing games, they will not come.

I am very disappointed with ratan villas, when i booked my reservation rooms and property pictures are looking awesome, but when i reached at hotel rooms are pathetic, no maintenance, very bad condition, adding to that on swimming pool lot of people are drinking and it is not for family and married couples, i only like the service, all staff members are very good polite, and quick service provided to me, specially thanks to manager mr. Shejad he change my room immigrate on my complaint but he charge me extra 6000 but i don’t have any choice at that time to accept it, one more thing i missed that food quality is really very good thanks to restaurant and serving staff
