Excellent Stay
Its was an excellent stay at stay vista luna igatpuri villa. Calmp nature well maintained good service by the caretaker overall loved the experience and would 100% recommend

Poor management
Very poor management provided by luna villa not worth it they offered us to give another villa even though i have booked this one very poor don’t ever book

Terrible access to the villa, non-existent, pathetic roads not at all suitable for sedans/luxury cars/hatchbacks.
While the location is very pretty, the last 4kms stretch (and more particularly the last 1. 5-2kms, was extremely terrible. We reached late in the night and had a traumatising experience on that stretch due to bad narrow roads, water logging, rocky patches and zero lighting. Not once did the host inform us about this kaccha road leading up to the villa. Our 13months old infant had a tough time staying put in his car seat in such conditions. Our skoda was also badly damaged, including a torn tyre, and we now have to bear some huge expenses on repairs. During our stay there, the caretaker was not proactive at all wrt amenity replenishments, changing of bedsheets etc. Plus the host was also quite rigid about food organising etc. The cook inf-act later informed us that she was capable of making many more items than what the host had sent across. We wouldn’t recommend this villa to anyone due to the multiple issues that we faced especially getting there and otherwise. Really hope that the access road is repaired before anyone else goes through what we did.
