I would say the vacation was quiet distressing as the property seemed to be luxurious, but in real it was poorly maintained. 1. Unhygienic - a. The cleanliness was not all maintained, leaves shredding from the trees was spread across properly. B. Dental kit was not provided on the first 2 days even after regular follow up. On the 3rd day, only 4 kits were provided
c. Fresh towels were not provided on the second day, had to request multiple times or keep following up. 2. Privacy
a. Camera - breach of privacy was observed inside the property. Cameras were installed inside the hall, kitchen and common usable area. One can understand if the camera is placed surrounding the property to safeguard it. Placing cameras inside the house, commonly used area made us uncomfortable. B. Intrusion of caretaker - caretaker was a local guy who was not at all trained for hospitality. He kept on bulging inside the property uninvited which led us to be more cautious while using the property 3. Poor maintenance
a. Swimming pool was poorly maintained, it was not cleaned until we arrived at the property, though the booking was done in advance
b. Mini theatre / disc - the caretaker was unaware on how to use the gadgets provided. The projector was functioning, however it was unable to establish connection 4. High tea
a. There was a initial dispute for high tea, we were assured that we will be receiving high tea twice a day as a complimentary part of the package, however we had to keep on insisting for the same
