Disappointing Stay at Auburn Dusk Villa via MakeMyTrip I recently stayed at Auburn Dusk Villa through MakeMyTrip, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. Here's a summary of the issues we faced: Poor first impressions: The parking area was poorly maintained, and the staff quarters were filthy, which even my child noticed. Check-in issues: We arrived early at 12:30 PM (ahead of the 2 PM check-in time) and were forced to wait outside in the heat for 20 minutes before being allowed to sit inside. Lack of assistance: After checking in at 2:30 PM, we requested help with our bags due to the distance and stairs, but the staff refused, claiming such services weren’t provided. Rude service: When we asked about the welcome drinks (a standard at StayVista properties), Villa Manager was dismissive and told us to contact StayVista if we had any complaints. No meals on-site: Although meals were advertised as part of the villa's amenities, we were told there were no meals available and that we would need to order from outside. Cleanliness issues: The villa was infested with flies, and the floors were dirty. When we raised this, the staff blamed the villa's size as an excuse for the poor cleanliness. Denied tea and coffee: When we requested tea and coffee, Saqib and his staff initially refused. It was only after contacting StayVista that they arranged for two extra staff members to provide the drinks for two hours. Since the experience was so bad, I didn’t even bother to take any pictures. If you still don’t believe this review, feel free to spend your money and experience the same. Overall, the villa failed to meet expectations in every aspect, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a premium stay.

The place is a gem. It is loaded with amenities for all kinds of ages and groups, cricket turf, kids play area, pool table, TT Table, Carrom, Archery, rain dance area, a 6 seater jacuzzi were just to name a few. You also get to enjoy the panoramic and uninterrupted views of the Panchgani hill, right from the pool deck. The food was a delight, and so was the staff at the property which was on its toes whenever you need anything. This is a definite comeback place...!! Would definitely recommend.
