Review Of Sri Tirumala Paradise near KSR Bengaluru Railway Station

Unhygienic, cockroaches, black mold inside bathroom, full dust, walls were not clean, tv not working, etc

1. The bedsheet and pillow cover were dirty. Those were not changed before our arrival at the hotel. The hotel manager gave us room no. 105, which was unclean and used one. 2. The room was dirty too since the floor was full of dust and dirt. 3. The flush of the western commode in the bathroom was not working. 4. We had to fill up the bucket every time we used the toilet. 5. The bathroom door does not have a door handle. The glasses on top of the lintel of the bathroom door was broken. 6. The room service never cleaned the room or replaced the bedsheet and pillow cover even during our stay. 7. The location was good, within walking distance from KSR Railway Station. The hotel manager only shared the location over WhatsApp stating that it is within walking distance, when we called him after reaching the KSR Railway Station. 8. We had to walk nearly 4km to reach the hotel following the location map in Google, shared by the hotel manager, since he did not tell us that we can reach the hotel through the parcel office campus, which we discovered the next day of our stay. The distance through the parcel office to the hotel is actually walking distance. A tourist can never understand this if the hotel manager don't inform this route.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent hotel stay at Sri Tirumala Paradise The room was completely unhygienic — it smelled bad, the mattress and bathroom were dirty, and the overall condition was very poor. The photos shown . I couldn’t stay there due to these issues and had to leave. I request a full refund Please treat this as urgent.

Lovely experience there. They upgraded room' to AC room which was big. Overall ventilation was excellent. Prime location. Definitely will book the same hotel next time also.

When we reached there the receptionist said that there was no room available, and we called the number we got from makemytrip and raised the complaint, at last they gave one room having the windows broken and not properly cleaned room.
