Review Of SPG GRAND

the room was very small compared to the rent charged for one day. i had to pay in cash for the room service orders, which is not expected from this kind of properties. 😭

Room was not bad, but bad Food (particularly useless breakfast), no cleanliness), poor reception. Never again 😬

Because of late night flight and some changes in my schedule, i requested hotel staff for late check out (approx 2-3 hrs). I followed up with them from last 2days regarding this issue and they will be like we have to ask our senior and will get back to you but till checkout time they didn't informed me about it and called me directly around 12 o'clock for checkout.

I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and i appreciated the hotel's amenities, such as the fitness center and restaurant. One highlight of my stay was the hotel's excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Worst experience. I don't want to remember that bad experience so no photos taken. I want to give worst feedback against spg grand and very bad experience

Bad hotel to stay. They kept tons of naphthalene balls to hide the smell of hotel and room. The view outside the window is horrible, regretted opening curtains. Dust every where. Stayed only for 4 hrs and checked out

The hotel is appealing from outside and has the advantage of a nice location very close to highway. Rooms are designed well but upkeep appears lacking. Floors, walls, bath room mirrors wash basin etc require more cleanliness.

I have booked for 1 suit room and 1 standard room and instead, I got 2 standard rooms, they say they can't repay the extra amount which I paid.

1st and 2nd cleaned there after not cleaning even after say repeatedly.
