Unhygienic and non maintained property. You can see damaged washrooms like broken tiles, hangers, washbasin. Broken mirror and dirty sheets etc. Moreover they do not entertain guests those come thru online bookings.

Hi i Book a single room for my guest Mr Barry Reed. And pakage include dinner and breakfast. Eaven I pay for meals during booking but restaurant manager charge diner from my clients I'm very much dispointed about this happened. The hotel wash room was very dirty, flush was not working, water was not available for the washroom because all the bath fittings were not working. After many complaints they changed the room even though in other rooms there was also the same issue taps and flush systems were not working in other rooms also.

I have booked a room of superior category but in first place they provided me deluxe category and then premium category..their premium category rooms are in a different building and they said that superior category rooms are already occupied..we compromised but flush was not working..breakfast was pathetic so we did not eat..should have negative ratings

overall a very good experience. Hotel staff behaviour is very polite and they have been treated very well. The rooms are clean and the property is well decorated. Nice location advice to stay here without any hesitation. Amenities are good and food quality is also good.

not fit for stay
I had bad experience with hotel as bathroom was very unhygienic, water leaking and all taps were rusted. Even towels and water kettle was rusted.

Hotel is good but the management is poor. Amenities not well maintained. Few rooms have poor AC cooling, few don't have toilet paper hooks. Breakfast is also very limited. They have reduced breakfast items in April than in March when I stayed here.

Worst stay ever!!
curtains are all not washed, bedsheet and blanket were so untidy that they give rashes to your body. worsts stay ever, breakfast and quality was good but room was pathetic.

I have taken 2 rooms, both the rooms are small and basically suitable for 2 Adult only.If you are travelling with child. This is very crucial to adjust more than 2 people on the bed. The room and bathroom size is small. Rest is good you can come and stay. Might be some issues regarding the parking on the weekends.

Very poor services
Room service is very bed , room show is different as showing in images , cattle for hot water is not available, washroom is so much dearty and leakage if water

Congested property with bad maintenance
Nothing good about the property apart from the parking. Linen wasn't even supplied. No toiletry but it's OK given the pricing. The washroom was very poorly maintained. Pillow covers and bedsheets felt as if they were never cleaned after buying them. Not worth it if you are traveling with your family.

I think the hotel should have a duplicate key to the room so that they can clean the room. This was not done. Please look into this.

Poor Stay
Room is ok. But getting food from restaurant is quite tough job. On the 2nd day was served the stale food in breakfast which was served on the 1st day, particularly the sandwich and kheer. Resulting a stomach ache whole day.

Need to improve
Not satisfied. Found the difference between actual vs online on makemytrip. Staff behaviour was good, but management needed to focus. Below things were missing no electric cattle in room no handwash no water bottle landline in rooms not working the bed sheet and blanket were dirty room cleaning was not adequate room sizes were very small no any ventilation in room no shaving kit and brush kit
