The rooms are not maintained. The water was not keeping from the jet spray, untidy rooms . The swimming was not kept clean it was slippery and the water was dirtythey are charging a high amount for rooms but it is not clean and not maintained properly. The rooms are not maintained. Excellent visit of my life. Staff is very supportive. It added a moment to my journey to Rajasthan city.

Food was really awesome room service was good rooms were cleaned but there were also some drawbacks like no geyser for hot water for bath swimming pool was not cleaned even after complaining so many times they just reply by saying we would clean it in under an hour till our checkout time.

It was wonderful experience with nice hospitality and amenities .location was not perfect but inside amenities were very good

Food is good, rooms are good, as the room price is high but bathroom floors are not so clean, water choking in bathroom

Room was substandard, no hangers for hanging clothes. Staff need to understand more about hospitality. No preparation how to set rooms for guests

This is Mehak Jain from Delhi. I recently stayed in your Cygnett lite, Alwar. I booked your club room for 2 days. It was really a very disappointing behaviour from the staff. AC was not working, we asked to fix it , it got fixed for an hour but again stopped working. Then in the night time we were forced to change the room which was very discomforting. When we entered the room it was smelling smoke. Coming to the staff, on calling many times also , the reception staff not picks the phone. A customer visit the hotel to have a pleasant stay and comfort but it degrades your value if your staff behaves this way. The restaurant facility is only nice.

Not worth for 3.5k, its 3 star so keep expectation low. Only 2 items in Breakfast and they call it Buffet.

Curtains, towels were very untidy, also there were wooden ply on top of bathroom, room lock was not working from inside,

Service was very bad i asked for heater on 1st day and they didn’t have. On 2nd day they arranged switches were not working and few were burned

Given rooms were required little renovation in terms of bathroom. Also, hot water was not coming. Service during breakfast was also average and menu was not that great

Cold drink on the name of welcome drink and that too after multiple reminders and 4 good day biscuits for cookies plater

club room was not good its washroom was dirty and not cleaned properly. even we faced hygiene issues

When entering the room, fell very bad smelling. Room was not cleaned. Provided linens are not cleaned and lools like very dirty. Staff response was very bad. Breakfast are not healthy. Only limited options are served.

The property was really good their staff was very friendly and food was too good. Enjoyed a lot in pool with bar menu

Bed sheet had stains, even after asking for the new sheets, the news sheets were also dirty. Good infrastructure but poor managment and maintenance.

No hot water available for the bath, poor services, hygiene issues, hotel in under maintenance, location is far. Bathroom tap water flow very low, brake switch board, main door is also broken, no ventilation in room or bathroom

We stayed for 2 nights. 30 and 31st december 2023. And it was quite excellent stay as hotel room has all the modern amenities and staff is very supportive and courteous. Hotel management guided us regarding the top places to visit around and also setup the dj floor with born fire as as a special arrangement for 31st december night. Me, cmy wife and daughter enjoyed the stay as the other guests as well i am sure. Thank you cygnet lite for making it a memorable one.

Very nice place for family stay, nice and courteous staff, room service is very quick and response time is very fast. Highly recommend this place for next alwar / sariska trip.
