We had a wonderful stay in The Ferna Resort, Alwar! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. The host was responsive, welcoming, and ensured we had a pleasant experience throughout. The location was convenient, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Alwar and would be happy to stay here again.

It was a pleasant stay at The Fern. Hotel is beautiful with good views from the balcony. The room was clean and tidy and with all the amenities. Room service on the first day was not good. And I was told all the staff were busy in the wedding that was going on at the The Fern Alwar. However from the second day onwards the room service improved a lot. Food was fantastic and was provided good service at the restaurant.

The rooms and staff service were excellent. Only the food menu, including dinner and breakfast, was just average as the menu lacks authentic food and was quite similar to a very basic food menu like dal, paneer, etc. The menu lacked variety like Italian, Chinese, or any other cuisine. Overall, the stay was good; just the food menu and taste could get better.
