I had to pay twice for the food bill, their machine wasn’t working. Its been 2 weeks since and I have not yet got the refund for one transactions. Despite talking to them 3-4 times, its disappointing.

The hotel provides good quality food with clean rooms. But due to ongoing construction all facilities for pool, gym, terrace are closed. Lack of service staff in dining area causes quite inconvenience eg during high tea snacks were not served for one hour and one family gathering had completely occupied the dining area with no restrictions on access to mic to small kids causing lot of noise

Property is at a walking distance from railway station. All eating places are nearby. All amenities are not yet operational as its a newly open property. There is come construction noise that one needs to get used to, apart from food & hospitality was great. One of the best property in Alwar

Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The room temperature remained at 29°C as the AC was not working, making the stay uncomfortable and humid. Food service was very poor – it took 30 minutes just to serve, and even then, when we ordered simple desserts like ice cream and gulab jamun, they were not provided on time. The breakfast buffet was substandard – there were no live counters for dosa or fresh preparations, which are expected in a good hotel.poori was filled with oil.paratha were like normal chapati. During high tea, the fritters were not properly cooked The AC in both the restaurant and the room was ineffective, adding to the discomfort. Overall, it seems the property has been opened in a hurry without proper arrangements or quality checks. For the price of ₹6000, this was a complete waste of money. We feel cheated and demand a refund for this disappointing experience.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Amenities provided in the hotel were up to our expectation. Services extended to us during our stay were excellent. Foods served to us were of good variety & quality. The closing of the main door of the room we stayed (Room no 7010) was sudden without smooth movement giving rise to hitting sound. Maintenance attention to be given to ensure smooth closing of the main door.
