Review Of The Quila Camps & Resort

Horrible place, no management, no cleanliness, no professionalism . Did not clean for 4 days, not recommended at all

We had a staycation at the Quila camps and resorts ......for a day....overall it was a superb experience. Small kids to elderly people ...all aged people can have a great time here. Breakfast was complimentary and it was so tasty that we bound to order lunch and dinner from here only otherwise we had a plan to have in the city . Thumps up to the Quila' management and team....seems they are working hard and it reflects in their prompt services and delicious food. This time we booked this resort for one day only but will surely revisit soon and will stay for more days. It's a must visit resort with family and friends to have a peaceful, close to nature and awesome place

Awesome location, well trained staff, serene and subtle ambience. Pretty decent place if you want to have an office team outing or just with friends and family. Rooms are hygienic and tidy. Loved the hospitality, people from management were taking care of all the things which was pretty amazing. Our stay was short but we witnessed somebody's birthday party organized there. I must say it was so beautifully decorated and managed very well. Rain showers made our stay even more pleasant. Loved the place would definitely want to visit the resort in future and recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Bad

Room was spacious, but very basic. Table glass was broken. Mirror was missing.Washroom was very congested.Wash basin pipe was leaking.There was no cupboard in the room.Location is not good. It’s far from Sariska Safari.We had breakfast included.But, they could not provide the breakfast till 8:00AM. Reason – Staff was busy till 2AM because of a party in central lawn area. Breakfast preparation was expected to start from 9AM (not sure when they were going to serve). We checked out without having breakfast.They said only one room left and they allocated that to us

It was a very bad experience i checked out the hotel in 15 min while i entered the hotel with my wife and child, i was shocked there was no booking apart from me and so many people were music so loud, so i request to Not comfortable for family

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The stay was fun and memorable. It ticked all my boxes for a nice family time, or just a night away. Stay : the tents were an amazing touch, away from the boring usual rooms. The tent was fully equipped with all amineties. A special mention for the cleanliness. Food: the food tasted surreal. Some dishes took a little time, but that was purely because everything was freshly roasted. The non veg food, was mention worthy. They have some speciality dishes. Which were a must try. Asthetic : it was fun to have dinner under the silent stars, there was calm music. It is secluded and surrounded by trees, so that gave a full vaccy vibe. Also, has many cute spots for pictures. Equipped for different kinds of seeting options. Indoor games also available. Ease of reach : on the main road. Easy to reach from the main city. Worth the buck! 10/ 10

It was my second experience with the quill camps & resorts. It was awesome like my previous one i enjoyed every bit of it. Most important part is the staff of the place are extremely jovial, soft spoken, and most helpful. We get chance to meet the owners too they were so kind and humble. My 3 yr old daughter absolutely loved the activities available at the resort. It is a nice place to relax. The restaurant food is delicious. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our rooms were very spacious, with everything we needed. We would happily visit again very soon.

Service is very very poor, only two attendant there for reception, service, kit, house keeping for all guests.

The quilareview:we had booked two cottages for our family of 4 for two nights. The resort is located on sh 25 away from alwar main city. It is a small hotel resort with 4 cottages. The cottages gives the right ambiance from both inside and outside. The cottage has a king size bed in sufficiently large area with basics amenities lite aircon, small refrigerator, led tv hotel water maker for tea. The bathroom is sufficiently big with hot water arrangements and western toilet. It has a dressing area also. In the verandah has two comfortable chairs. We found the linens were clean and they promptly changed when we requested. There is a nice open air garden restaurant in front of the cottages with beautifully arrange tables and comfortable chairs. At night they arrange projector tv with continuously music videos. The night lighting also gives a very soothing environment. The family liked the chinese, continental and indian dishes served during our stay. Quality of food is good including the tea and coffee. Staffs are courteous and very prompt. They provided parking for our car inside the premises once the restaurant was closed. We used this place as our base to visit the alwar city, bhangarh and sariska. They property owner can improve on the level of cleanliness of the rooms and the toilets. The property owner promptly agreed for early checkin. My family, specially my teenage kids liked the cottage, the food and the music played on the projector in the open air restaurant at night. They are ready to come back with their friends.

Food was amazing but should improve cleanliness. Location is nice.

It is located on highway. Property is also good. However couple of things which need to improve. We stayed in cottage. Cottage door was not working properly. Staff behaviour was very good. Overall stay was good. Open park is also good. Tv remote was not there in room

It’s a beautiful place with some unique ambiance. We stayed for two days. One day in normal room while other day in swiss cottage. Both rooms were clean and swiss cottage has some better amenities so is the price. I think it’s more popular as a restaurant in the area. They have arranged a sufi gazal night on the christmas evening which was good however food service was very slow due to crowd. There was a continuous pungent smell in the bathroom of cottage rest other all things were good. Overall a good place to stay in a group.
