rooms were smelly, patches on walls, cockroach in bathroom , Fan was not working, dirty trays, water jet was not working properly. in one line horrible experience if any customer is going to book this hotel room then be ready to experience these issues

stay was a terribly bad experience, no lights in the lift. that was so scary. The washroom flush was broken. no dining. They were not even provided tea or coffee. Everything was under construction. 3-4 times I talked before visiting, i didn't say anything to me. all bedsheets had stains.

no food and no breakfast. although they accept bookings with breakfast but they don't have kitchen and restaurant in hotel. they arranged breakfast from outside that too just one plain paratha with curd. it is very obvious that tea is a part of complimentry breakfast but they charge separate for tea. think before anyone goes there to stay.

Even though I had already made a reservation and completed the payment, they refused to let me check in just because I am a foreigner. They mocked me and were extremely rude. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my four months on a business trip in India. Their behavior not only showed a lack of professionalism but also damages the image of India as a welcoming country

Nothing major, just a small thing that stood out in an otherwise pleasant stay. With a few tweaks here and there, this place can truly become a top pick for travelers.
