Room Is bad Smelling, Toilets Not Comfortable and Hospitality average

Ultimate service, corporative staff, value for money and everything will be perfect

No shower work properly. No proper room service. No housekeeping service. No water bottel in room at the time of check in

accommodation is average but in service point it was very bad ,I have booked with breakfast but it was bad 👎

Room and bed sheet was every dirty, tv was not having enough channels to watch, it was good for nothing. Hot water was not coming. It was very bed experience

Sparrow inn ankur, alwar is average hotel. 1. It's bathroom asscirase are very old and jammed also it's not working fine and bedsheets not well clean. 2 floor is also not clean. 3 hear direar not available in the room. 4 hot water catle not available in the room.

The hotel was good and the staff was supportive. The location of the hotel was in prime location.

Smalley room, rude staff, room size is very small, dirty washroom with breakable tiles

The room which i saw on mm t and what i got when i reached the location was different. Rooms were not clean. Cigarette buds were all over, staff did not even clean it. Charged me for upgrading the room as i refused to stay in unclean rooms.

Rooms and service is excellent. Food is really very tasty. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Breakfast was too good. We booked two rooms there out of which one is having issue in flush which was not resolved even after complaint. Rest everything was fine. Supportive staff.

At sparrow in ankur, we continuously ask for hot water for bathing but in three days stay we receive it only once & no cleaning process no drinking water provided. I lost my mobile charger in the hotel. From where to get discount

Room was average and no proper chair was provided. No room freshner was provided and ac stopped working in night. Further no kettle was available.
