Excellent location, room comfortable. Dining experience very good, restaurant very attractive. service very good. So do food which was served well. Overall very good experience.

its a so bad hotel rooms are so dirty and smelly not even worthy for a room.. and charging more.

tax invoice not revised by make my trip after repeated request. Just need to add my company name and it's GST no. But denied straight forward at your end. No cooperation at all.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Not fit for family. Only restaurant is ok, but not the stay. They always have noise like drilling or moving. They don’t have proper ventilation. Staffs are good and food is ok.

Hotel location is in centre of city and the rates are cheap for the services provided by them. The rooms are clean and well maintained . Breakfast is very good.

This is My 3rd time where i stayed in sauth Avenue and every time saying experience are very good as best hospitality and food also clean room.

Located at prime location, easy accessible, calm road, vehicles available anytime to round the city, property maintain clean & neat, I came early before check in especially front desk staff well cooperated issued the room,even I checkout lately,thanks to staff from front desk to security well cooperated, Breakfast fast excellent, room & service very good, overall good hospitality.

Lots of sound from restaurant above of furniture shifting till late in the night.Bedding is old and pressed. TV and Fan malfunctioning.

Locality is in a good location, near to corporate offices. Service on time, all housekeeping staff is well dressed and well mannered. Neat and spacious room
