Worst stay, don’t believe ratings. Not a good place to stay with family. 1.5

Room was very OK, not that pleasant if traveling with family and kids. Breakfast served was not good. Property needs renovation.

Very nice hotel. Professional staff. Clean room and lavatory. Helped to arrange local transport too.

I had taken a room for 4 adults and one child and complimentary breakfast was charged for 3 people as reception person said that per room only 2 adults can get the complimentary breakfast..... only one person in whole hotel knows English.... other people don't know any other language adjust from telugu.... quality of room was average.....there were spiders and lizard here and there.... exhaust of bathroom was not working and no kettle was there.....upon asking he gave one kettle for few mins and room it back ....ac room had only 2 comforters and other people got normal bed sheet .,... behaviour of staff was average..... initially gave one towel only.... upon insisting have 2 more towels but was untidy .. so didn't use it..... only 2 medimix soap was given as toilet kit..... overall experience was avg

Bed sheets was very poor quality and the location of hotel is very far from the main city. Ricshaw is the only main mode of transportation here to go anywhere.

Room is good, ac worked well and had a good sleep. bathroom is too congested. Service is not that great, it took 40 min for the food after ordering, I had to ask for plates and no spoons were given. Gets very sunny as the property is in the main road. TV remote was horrible and it was too difficult to operate.

Food and cleaning was very good

It was good for an overnight stay, neat and clean, definitely a good experience

Property - Good, Food-Not availed, location - good, Facilities - small accommodation shall be provided for the driver. They are not providing restroom access and refreshing amenities such as acess to waiting area for drivers

The property is bad as it's charged me extra for early check in,the property didn't provide slipper in the room, they charged for water ,they didn't even ready to laundry service, they even don't have any type of restaurant in -hose,they provide breakfast as 2idly n 1vada n 1otlu. Which is not sufficient for one person that is fixed they bring this from outside n serve which is very risky, they staff are very rude

Here, the rooms had cockroaches on the bed and floor. The breakfast was fine though. And also provided the kettle when we requested for it. Everything was fine except the cockroaches.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay exceptional.

the rooms are not clean as well as the image. no kitchen. all are arranged from outside. when we arrived, there was a lot of drain water in front of this hotel. entering itself is a task. further it is 9 km away from the city. and no auto is willing to drop after 10.00 pm. better plan your trip accordingly.

Good stay. location is at the prime of the city and easy to go to tirumala and padmavathi temple

I recently stayed at SNR Venus Hotel and had a great experience! The mountain view from the room was really beautiful and relaxing. 🌄 The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
