very bad experience of staying and scary stay not recommended
Very bad experience. The cleanliness was not there. There was no food and tea arrangement infact no kettle in the room. No toothbrush and paste was available. The receptionist was not there no one was attending the call. Street dog came into the lobby no security camera no safety the hotel name was different from make my trip

The snow crest retreat was an amazing resort. The food was very much tasty and were served well. Specially we liked the balcony and the valley view. The views from there were scenic. We had great time spending there.

First of all this resort is situated at very beautiful place like heaven. Staff is very good and price is also affordable. Service is top notch. Food is awesome. Very peaceful place to spend time.

No amenities & this is private property not hotel service & room view is good no breakfast buffet 2/3 item available in breakfast. No room amenities no breakfast buffet i am pay breakfast charges but property provided paratha, poha, bread toast, tea

Me and my family visited here in snow crest retreat. Very warm hospitality. Very polite staff and fresh meal. Wooden rooms are very nice with balcony. We will visit this place very soon. Thank you team for memorable stay.

Excellent Stay
It was clean stylish room with excellent service in this resort also dinner food was good and great value for money. Staff was so cooperative and down to earth. Room was super duper amazing. One of the best properties i have visited. This place is a heaven. Amazing weather.

Staying here was an absolute delight! visited here only for a day, the room was not only comfortable but also offered breathtaking views that left us in awe. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, they waited for us till midnight and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. We loved every moment of our time here and would highly recommend it.

Excellent Stay
The snow crest retreat in fagu, himachal pradesh, was such a fantastic experience! the views are absolutely stunning, and the peaceful vibe makes it a perfect getaway. Chef really impressed me with his cooking. Every meal was incredibly fresh and delicious. The hospitality from the hosts was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. If you're looking for a cozy place with amazing food and beautiful scenery, i highly recommend this place!

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at snow crest retreat in kufri shimla. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view. I enjoyed my stay here overall, i would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities. I would definitely stay here again!
