Sir, there are only 4 rooms in the hotel, the rooms are fine but there was no light, there was only one person in the staff and he had no knowledge about anything, and both the gates and windows of the rooms were bad.

Do not book hotels From MMT
2 room hotel Rooms are entirely different to the pics. MMT should not adopt such poor quality hotels to their list without prior checks. Totally risappointed,we didn’t stay there and no refund was made to us by hotel or MMT

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend
This was my first homestay booking, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. There was no backup for electricity, no water supply, not even in the washrooms. Broken fixtures in both the room and bathroom added to the discomfort. The fridge only worked in one room, and daily cleaning was never offered. Overall, the hospitality was extremely poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good Stay
It was quite easy to reach the hotel and staff was very co operative and friendly. The exterior was average and the view was descent from the room. The interior could be better for a 3000 INR room.

Stay was very disappointed as such:- 1. Room sizes & views are completely different from the pictures shown. 2. No privacy, housekeeping is sleeping just outside the room in the common area. 3. The last service they provide is up to 09:00 PM only. 4. The staff is non-corporate. 5. cleanness is not up to the mark.

However, staff is not permitted to sleep in public areas, and we are looking into this concern seriously. 3. Service Timings: Our service hours are up to 10:00 PM. We apologize if there was any confusion during your stay. 4. Staff Behavior: We have consistently received positive feedback on our team’s behavior and hospitality. We are surprised by your comment but will still review this internally. 5. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we will ensure that housekeeping is even more vigilant moving forward. Lastly, we understand you had requested to modify your booking during your stay, which unfortunately was not possible as per the cancellation policy. Regarding the water supply issue, it was caused by frozen pipes due to extreme snowfall, which occasionally happens during winter. We understand how inconvenient this can be and are taking measures to minimize such occurrences. The geyser may take some time to heat water in such cold temperatures, and we appreciate your patience with this. Property location was average, no food was available in hotel, rooms were very small, lot of difference was there in actual hotel. Bath towels were torn out.

familyThe rooms was comfortable and the team there was great! their reception is not less than any 5 star hotels. We loved and enjoyed their breakfast and dinner. Overall the stay was very nice. In the future i wish they should maximise their room size and grow bigger in the size of their business.
