Good location, stunning scenery, good and quick services. Breakfast was good and they served local coffee. The bathroom lacked to keep clothes, wifi was horriblex

the place is wonderful with an amazing view and the staff is super helpful and polite

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel with family.I booked a standard cottege for 3.5k,the rooms were very small and didn't even have a room heater. The water heater in the bathroom didn't work properly, I heard another guest complaining about the same. The tea sachets provided was moldy and full of insects, on top of it some idiots near by my room were playing loud irritating songs in the middle of the night when we are trying to sleep. The terrible thing is that there wasn't anybody to complain, everyone in the reception packed up and retun to home by 9pm. So I had to confront them and had to walk all the way to the gate to find the manager to resolve the issue. I would like to say that such people with no manners are the ones killing the mood and shaming us both inside the country and abroad. If you are travelling with your family don't opt this place because in case of an emergency there won't be anyone at the hotel to help you, and it's in the middle of nowhere.

Our stay was good and breakfast is also very good but the only problem is the cockroach in the rooms

Food, service and stay location was too good but felt a little scared as the location was too interior and risky to drive at night. The location is way too far from any amenities; however, is near the double decker root bridge. If you are opting to stay here, best stay for trekking to double decker. The complimentary breakfast was so good and had many buffet options.

Tv not working because setoff box is not installed, no wi-fi, towel is not available, room telephone is not available to connect for hotel support,

Location is superb and foods are excellent. There is a problem of mobile network. You will get signal of jio but air-tel signal is not available. Also they don’t have wifi so there is no meaning of smart tv. Other than that staff behaviour is also excellent. You have to do payment through up i app only as there is no option of card swap. And lastly there is no option to buy alcohol inside resort so you have to bring it from outside.

Did not check in as rooms are not even to stay for an hour. Even drivers cant stay in such rooms. Processed for cancellation of the booking.

There was no proper arrangement. No drinks except for water, the food. There was no wifi, the room had mosquitos and the electricity was cut in the middle of the night. The room was so hot and no mobile service. The staff had limited options for food. It was stinky and there are no shops for 30 40 mins.

Many reviews were very bad for this place - highlighting bad service and dirty rooms etc. Our experience was fine. The place is quite lovely - spectacular views. Breakfast was very good. However we felt that the rooms could do with some sprucing up. Lighting was poor - using cool white lightbulbs is always a bad idea. The fittings could be improved.

View of mountains from the garden of hotel is so amazing! even you can see live falls from there. Hotel staff is very supportive and they serve good food. Cottages are so lovely and well decorated. Only thing is the hotel is approx 8-10 kms inside from the main cherrapunji due to which need to travel more to see the falls from here. Also route to the hotel is little scary to drive. Overall it was a good stay.

Property is good but the maintenance is poor which makes it a disappointment. The manager seemed to be with attitude and did not seem to care about the complaints. The property needed a lot of repairs from door handles to fused bulbs. The property is very less lighted. The geyser hot-cold balance is not working. There was no promptness in starting the power supply during load-shedding due to which i needed to bathe in cold water and which made me sick. Definitely a very overpriced property. Cannot recommend to anyone.

Its a really cozy stay in this resort. Food is really good and the staff are co- operative double root bridge is just 2 mins walking from the resort. After that you can trek from the point to single and double root bridge

The property location was good, food was not that bad but the service was pathetic. It was very disappointing travelling so far to a remote place with high expectations n the people over there don’t even understand what you are saying n the worst part was the room service. The number that was provided for room service don’t even receive the call. I would never suggest anyone to this property.

The stay was awesome it is little remote but the stay was awesome and very near to the starting point of living root bridge descent.

It's a great resort nested in the hills about 30 mins from cherrapunjee on the way to the double deck-er root bridge. It is very calm and quiet. You feel your tiredness after a trip vanish. The rooms are clean and cosy, the bathroom spick and span, the staff very polite and helpful. The lawn has nice seating arrangements and gives you a great view of the mountain with small waterfalls. The menu is adequate, the food served warm and delicious. It is located in a village so don't expect 5 star facilities like 24 hrs hot water facility (hot water is available for 2 hrs each in the morning and evening, wi-fi (network issues are there but then it is to be expected, tv, laundry, spa/saloon. They are depend-ant on solar power for majority of their power supply. The basics of hygeine, a mesmerising view, clean food and water, 24 hrs running water is available. My only suggestion to the hotel owners is that they can put some glow signs for their hotel to guide the tourists of how to reach their hotel, specially at the junctions. Other then that i have no issues. I wish them good luck to carry on their good work.

The first impression of the place is absolutely awe inspiring. The view of so many water falls whilst you stand in the lawn provides a different level of calm. But apart from the location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff tires their best to make your stay comfortable. However, they are a bit understaffed and there are mosquitoes and other insects that might not like you to stay on the lawn for a longer time. The food here tastes good albeit with a lot of oil on it. The geyser is on only for limited time but then it did not work at all in our room for some reason.

Good resort with superb scenic beauty all around. Food is good. Room service average. For my view, it's a bit expensive if we comp-air with its room quality & service.
