Terrible Stay

Very Disappointing Stay at Tranquil Vista, Cherrapunji I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at Tranquil Vista, Cherrapunji, which I had booked through the MakeMyTrip app. The property was completely different from what was shown in the pictures — the room was too small and definitely not worth the high price (about 70% more than what it should be). There was no proper mobile signal, limited food availability, and we were required to follow very strict location rules, which made the stay uncomfortable. The service was poor, and there was no proper customer support from the staff. The hotel is also located quite far from the main area, which made traveling difficult. I sincerely hope the management and MakeMyTrip improve their customer service, transparency in listings, and amenities to provide a better experience for future guests.
