Neat and clean atmosphere and Mr Ansal so helpful

Spacious and clean room in a calm surrounding. Just a 4-minute walk to North Cliff, Varkala. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay overall

Horrible stay no hot watterin bathroom no water in ,no one there for service,not had even one cup of tea in the morning instead of tht they give only kettle so u can have at least hot water..not recommend for family at all

Everything was good and room stay is nice. Only thing i faced was there is no heater attached in bathrooms

Homestay was good. Nice clean rooms, good staffs. Very close to cliff and beach some problem occurred during check out regarding room availability and light was out for 30 min, which they repaired.

Average stay. Rooms and services are average compared to the price. Walkable distance towards the cliff

Good Hospitality , It has good backyard for photography and walkable distance to the Varkala Cliff.

It was a decent stay. Rooms are good. Location is about 500m from the cliff they provide rod heater for hot water.

I stayed 1 day here and the attendant was helpful and next day we have checked out at 11 but as they had plans to go for shopping and has train at 2 they allowed us to keep luggage at reception sir out area and that was so helpful thank you and definitely will look forward to visit again. Most important thing is it's closeness to beach both varkala beach and black sand beach are very near to homestay.

Property is good, but road is full of water because of the rain in varkala. I would not prefer to stay,

I'm a solo traveller. booked my stay Sky Lounge Residency. The property is located near to Varkala Beach. Room was cosy net n clean. staff was very cooperative especially Mr. Ansal, Manager, showed his extended hospitality. Very amazing guy always ready to cooperative. Must visit Varkala and this property you will have full fun.

Nobody should visit this place, no electricity service, no hot water, no service at night, fan not working also

I booked a room and got confirmation via phone, but when we arrived, we were told our room had issues, and we were sent to a different hotel. The manager praised the new place, but it didn't meet our expectations. The replacement had problems too, like a leaky bathroom flush that made it unusable. Additionally, they didn't replace the dustbin, which added to the disappointment. Overall, our experience was disappointing, not what we expected from this type of hotel. Not allowed to enter their property. Manager shifted to another location another room. Very bad. Not worth rs 12404-. Rooms worht rs 1000- only. Any possible to refund our extra pay amount.

They didn't let us to check-in after the booking was confirmed

The stay was great, the property is very clean and nearby varkala beach. The host nikhil is a good guy and is friendly. We had a very comfortable stay.
