I booked a room and got confirmation via phone, but when we arrived, we were told our room had issues, and we were sent to a different hotel. The manager praised the new place, but it didn't meet our expectations. The replacement had problems too, like a leaky bathroom flush that made it unusable. Additionally, they didn't replace the dustbin, which added to the disappointment. Overall, our experience was disappointing, not what we expected from this type of hotel. Not allowed to enter their property. Manager shifted to another location another room. Very bad. Not worth rs 12404-. Rooms worht rs 1000- only. Any possible to refund our extra pay amount.
