Horrible stay no hot watterin bathroom no water in ,no one there for service,not had even one cup of tea in the morning instead of tht they give only kettle so u can have at least hot water..not recommend for family at all

Homestay was good. Nice clean rooms, good staffs. Very close to cliff and beach some problem occurred during check out regarding room availability and light was out for 30 min, which they repaired.

I stayed 1 day here and the attendant was helpful and next day we have checked out at 11 but as they had plans to go for shopping and has train at 2 they allowed us to keep luggage at reception sir out area and that was so helpful thank you and definitely will look forward to visit again. Most important thing is it's closeness to beach both varkala beach and black sand beach are very near to homestay.

I'm a solo traveller. booked my stay Sky Lounge Residency. The property is located near to Varkala Beach. Room was cosy net n clean. staff was very cooperative especially Mr. Ansal, Manager, showed his extended hospitality. Very amazing guy always ready to cooperative. Must visit Varkala and this property you will have full fun.

While we value all feedback and strive to improve, we must respectfully disagree with some of the points you raised in your review. We are sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, but we want to clarify a few aspects. The night you checked in, there was heavy rainfall and thunder, so for your safety all over Varkala, the power was down. You have booked two categories of rooms, A/C and non-A/C, which we have in different buildings. As per your request that you need all the rooms in 'One' building, we have given you all rooms with A/C (for non-A/C we provided you the A/C without charge) in one building on the on the same floor. The staff were at the reception until the morning while you were checking out. And whenever you call, your call has been answered. We have provided you with hot water at the late night and whenever you asked. Our team makes every effort to ensure all guests receive exceptional service. We understand that perceptions can differ. We take guest feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to continually enhance our services. But we believe that your review doesn’t bring us constructive value or an opportunity to grow. Should you choose to visit us again, we'd be more than happy to discuss any specific requirements or preferences to make your stay truly enjoyable.

I booked a room and got confirmation via phone, but when we arrived, we were told our room had issues, and we were sent to a different hotel. The manager praised the new place, but it didn't meet our expectations. The replacement had problems too, like a leaky bathroom flush that made it unusable. Additionally, they didn't replace the dustbin, which added to the disappointment. Overall, our experience was disappointing, not what we expected from this type of hotel. Not allowed to enter their property. Manager shifted to another location another room. Very bad. Not worth rs 12404-. Rooms worht rs 1000- only. Any possible to refund our extra pay amount.
