The location, apartment was good. The host was super nice.
soloRoom was clean but bed sheets and pillows were dirty because that I had bad experience. If you’re carrying own bed sheets then go for it.

This place is scam. Avoid at all cost. Special mention to mr yogesh the agent, who needs to learn humility and etiquette on how to speak to people especially women.

Yash please stop giving wrong information we have not accepted your booking as per our society rules that don’t allow unmarried couples which we have conveyed to you but you and your partner pressurised us and also you threatened that if we don’t allow you illegally you will give us bad review.We are expected same from you.
Excellent Stay
Excellent location very convenient the apartment is very nice with all modern amenities. The host prashant munot is a nice man, very courteous and cooperative. Value for money.

Average Stay
Room was clean however they did not provided blanket towel and cleaned bed sheet. Nothing else.

Average property
You can book if you need to stay like paying guest. You will get one room without any soap, hand wash and towel. Please make sure to carry these thing of your own. Owner does not provide anything to you.

coupleProperty location is good, upkeep and maintenance is also good. Proprietor is courteous and helpful. Unfortunately we had to share the flat with another couple, who messed up the flat.

Hi anirban as you had booked only one room of the 2 bhk apartment so naturally other room booked by another guest hence you have to share it with another guest. Also we won’t provide food still you gave 3 star for that which we won’t understand.
Location and service
What more do you want when you can see the blue ridge township from 22nd floor. It was superb and mind-blowing along with the fecilities they have offered.

Great stay
The surrounding area of the property was very good, peaceful and calm. The room was spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff was so helpful and cooperative. They provide very good service. Cleanliness and facilities were so good. Suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to others.

Amazing stay
Centrally located property with a nice ambiance. The host was welcoming and helpful. Caretaker was also cooperative. I've tried food over there, that was also very nice. Room was clean and decent. Security arrangement was also fine. Overall this was a memorable trip for us. I will recommend this property to my friends and family.
