Services mentioned in the make my trip are not provided. Don't recommend If you are travel-ling with family or kids. Bachelors can survive the stay.
Staying here for the second time, my second stay was not pleasant. Hospitality was completely missing. Wont be booking this hotel ever in the future. I had an early check in called the hotel the previous day the phone connection was down all the time. Not worth the money. No hot water. No newspaper. No drinking water. No wifi.

Location of hotel is excellent and cleanliness is good. Food is average. Hot water is not available after 7.30 am whereas they claim to available till 9 am. All 4 days of stay, I have to take cold water bath in cold climate with small kids too.

Hotel review
As it was close to the palace, it was convenient for getting Around. While the stay was good and comfortable, there was an issue. The intercom was not working. I mentioned it to the hotel a few times when they said it was working fine.

Average hotel with untidy bathroom

Very bad
The hotel was very bad, when i has paid money in online then they are asking more and more, i has paid in online but they are asking more, so the hotel is very bad.

Quality of service degraded
This is our 3rd stay but I must say compare to my last 2 stay to this hotel this time the experience was very poor. They have degraded the service. Their adjacent restaurant the lemon was the horrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel anymore to any of friend and colleague and of-course I am not going to stay there for the 4th time.

Very messed up with the bookings
Room isn't that clean and also the restaurant in it is pathetic. They were very messed up with their bookings specifically the online ones
