the stay was very comfortable with such an affordable price, food was amazing, loved how the management considers the opinion of customers like we do not eat spicy food so they ensured the food isn't spicy at all. The amenities were very nice. Only thing that I didn't like was the staff whenever they came to our room for any kind of service they didn't knock the door instead they tried to barge in to the room directly which made us upset. Overall experience was good.

Poor Stay
Property not having lift .Food quality was worst. No option in breakfast. Breakfast food quality was poor.

Bathroom fitting is very dirty and old, and water supply is irregular. Food is ok. Staff behavior is good.

We are glad you were satisfied with our staff and team.We try to deliver fresh and good taste of food to our in house guests.Also we try to prepare the food as per guests palette and taste.Our chef and kitchen team are happy that you liked food prepared by them.Regarding the bathroom fittings and fixtures, due to very hard water in our city we try to replace the fittings periodically but we missed our deadline for this time due to certain issues with the maintenance team. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a comfortable king-size bed, a minibar, and a large tv. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries.

Sir Our property only has 2 floors. Our property doesn't has lift but we ensure we allot the floors as per guests comfort and convenience. We wish you visit us again for improved housekeeping services
Poor Stay
The room in the hotel had paints coming out from the ceiling. Tha wallpapers were soiled and coming out of the wall. Tea served in the cup was broken. There was no lift which caused inconvenience. The room service was good. Food was okay. Overall it could have been better.

During your stay our property had been going under periodic maintenance and the room allotted to you couldn't be renovated in time . Not clean and maintained
Lot of lizards in lobby. Even in my bathroom there is lizard. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Dusbin and garbage in lobby
