Room AC was not working, Room was clean and large washroom was good, average stay.

everything is ok, but one thing I need to add that, sealing fan was missing in room and tv position should be adjust to bed position, not besides main gate

The staff was courteous, professional, and provided all necessary information about the amenities and dining options. My luggage was promptly delivered to the room within minutes. Cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, and all surfaces were dust-free. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp white linens, fluffy pillows, and a soft duvet that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room daily, replenishing toiletries and water bottles without fail.

After staying two days and two nights at hotel, they have charged additional one day charge for staying extra three hours for one room because of late running train

It's really a great ambiance with the best of their services.. Rahul bhaya at the Reception does his best to make you feel comfortable. Overall, a great, clean and pleasant room and ambiance for the visitors. Must recommended.

The location was pretty easy to find. The staff were homely. Easy check in. No extra charges. Clean and tidy rooms with excellent services. Highly recommended.

My stay was bad and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the room was poorly maintained. The bedsheet were stained, and the bathroom had a persistent musty odor that made the stay uncomfortable. The bed linens didn’t seem fresh, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. The service was equally disappointing. Additionally, the hotel amenities were falsely advertised.

Stay was very bad. The number provided was not present in the premise and i had to wait on the road for 30 mins for them to open the gate at 12 am in night

First time i have visited this silver nation feel too good one of best places and very comfortable and clean. We will go again next time because this is best everything all are clean feel superb
