Room condition is not okay air condition is not working properly and toilet also not good overall is not okay

Ok-ish stay it was, far from every visiting destination. It would be disaster for someone who does not understand map or transportation.

My parents stayed for 3 days. The stay was really good, the food was exceptional. In brief they loved the short stay in the hotel.

Worst ever experience with this aarti house….Firstly all those who had given 5 star are purely nd purely paid ones…None of the review was true….we had a pathetic experience with this hotel….service is poor …The guy at the reception ,he knows nothing….we have to say everything multiple times ,even them he won’t understand a thing…There is no water in the washroom…everytime when we on the tap,there is no water,,,after a lott of struggle somehow got the water….The lady who is maintaining this aarti house is very rude,disrespectfull and what not…even using bad language towards customers…. We checkd in at 9:30 in the night,so we requested her that we check-out lately by 2:00 pm(original check out time was 11:00 am)she said we have to pay an extra amount of 500/- for the same…we said yes…2:05 pm the reception guy called and said that the time is over and to checkout..we said him yes!!jst 10 mins we will checkout as we are booking the cab….we cane out of the room by 2:15 pm….while we are giving him the said amount 500/- ,,he said that we have to pay 1000/-,,,for that extra 10 mins….is this a joke to them??? An extra amount of 500/- jst for 10 mins??? And he hadn’t informed us earlier too….and he asked us to speak to that lady,,,over the phone she had spoken so rudely ,shouting and using bad language…we even said her that the guy hadn’t informed us earlier regarding the extra amount….but still she kept on shouting….what kind of service is this,,,,????is this a way to loot money from customers???not having shame at all….even 5 star hotels will consider a min time of 10 to 15 mins…but this 1 star hotel people are charging an extra of 500/- for 10 mins!!! Worst,worst,worst ever experience…i request to take strict action against them,..nd pls look in to all those paid reviews….customers are getting deceived by seeing those reviews and 5 star ratings…..

Very good service & environment is like family owner is very receptive person so go with family and enjoy your trip

The only thing which i find is interesting is the lodge is affordable. Apart from that, the service was very poor and they charge for homely foods whatever the price they want and as there are no shops nearby they charge a huge amount for delivery. If it's a minimal amount, it's ok. If it's more than the price for what you want to buy it's terrible. Also, the food was good. I loved it. . Thank you
