Good hotel
Conveniently located for meeting my clients. Good food - tasty and hygienic. Rooms were neat and clean and were cleaned everyday. The linen was clean too. The staff were polite, both at the front desk and in the restaurant.

No support from Hotel and refreshing for 5 minutes and they were asking to pay for full day charges and food quality is not upto the mark.

Excellent Stay
i had a pleasant in soni otel. i knew about the property from my last time stay in the hotel. this is a good location for those going to official propose in the verious companies which is situated in howrah. food quality & and verity excellent and the breakfast is very very good. Poor Stay
Worst experience ... They won't maintain washed towels and bed sheets... Even though we paid Rs 3313)_ break fast not included... If we directly booked with hotel they are providing breakfast with Rs 3200/-

Terrible Stay
While i was in the room someone was trying to open the door from outside.on complaining into the reception i was told why didn’t I inform them earlier

Average Stay
1. The ambience was very loud. 2. Balconies were given cement jalis beyond and hence there were a lot of mosquitoes 3. The bathroom towels, face towels were all too rough. 4. The waste bin was not working. 5. The bedsides were fixed and the area below the switch points was too less for my kind of charging pin and hence couldn't charge the phones.

Ok stay
coupleLocation is fine but only for business stay in this part of west bengal. Definitely not for a holiday/family trip. On the outskirts, surrounded by commercial establishments. Sightseeing is not possible/expensive. Approach roads very very dusty and congested. Breakfast quality is good but minimal variety. Rooms are clean, beddings need thorough cleaning particularly the pillows, amenities minimal. Got to ask for towels, complimentary water etc. No tooth brushes, shaving kit, hand towels. Could've definitely been better at this price.

Unclean blankets
Blankets and towels are unclean and though complained but no one seems bothered about it. The room is clean and breakfast is not tasty

Comfortable stay at sonia hotel
Hotel is quites cosy, it is comfortable and staff is also very polite and courteous. Stayed there for around 7 days and had a wonderful stay. No complaints.

All are good. But cockroach are there in the room. Need to maintain these, otherwise it will creates a hygiene issue.

It is at a very remote location and very difficult in getting o la or uber. The reception staff are not polite. The rooms are just average. It's not worth for the money paid.

Nice and good for biz traveler
businessLocation for a business traveller was very good for that place - food was also very good and reasonable - amenities and services were are very nice meant for the business traveller - no real frills but then they don't charge us that much too

Decent stay in area
It was a decent stay, the reception was constantly calling for charges rest it was a good property for the area.

Veg food limited choice require to add south indian food in evening,.
Every thing is fine, only veg food have not more choice. No south indian food. You have to choose only north indian food like veg thali or buffet in dinner.

Hi. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The location is little on outer side. The staff was courteous. Another major point was their location on mmt was wrong, which i asked to correct but the night manager did not feel as their responsibility. The food was ok. The pillow and bed were not good. I had trouble sleeping. All in all an average stay. Would recommend to those only with work in vicinity.
