no clean washrooms and no clean rooms not better food waste of money . in same price we may get another hotel with good facilities

The hotel denied me check in. Also the room promised was different. Which was completely different. Dirty.

Extremely poor and worst hotel ever. Untidy rooms. unhygienic environment. Rude staffs. Extremely bad hotel

The hotel staff's behaviour was very bad, the rooms and floors are not cleaned. The hotel is not suitable to stay with family, if couples stay there then it's ok, but i will never recommend anyone to stay at this worst hotel in howrah.

I am sharing this coment from my personal experience. Due to train delay, I reached the hotel at 10.02 pm on 11th, Dec, 2022. The manager told that the check in has been stoped. Although, I requested many times, he did not listen anything. So I have to book it again offline by paying again. Now, I am sharing abt room quality. Room was not cleaned properly. Toilets very very poor in condition. Overally, very pathetic experience I gained yesterday. plz don't opt this hotel.

Toilets are not clean tv not working and bathroom very small no mugs given overall a bad experience. No. Thats all

I never checked in in hotel. Because hotel condition is ridiculous and their people is also very bad. I don't how they can show, i checked in there. Seriously fist time i visited this type of hotel

The hotel staff was so rude, and last minute they sold the room to other person despite we have confirmed booking with this hotel. After 10pm they closed the doors too. Very rude staff and no one bother to entertain customers.

Totally dirty bed sheet n quilt.bathroom was also dirty n there was no dustbin

I was forced to pay 2300 since i had no covid certificate even though i am in kolkata for past 10 days. There was no refund from mm t also give odd reason. Very bad behaviour, small room, no hot water, worst experience.

Services could be better. My experience was 1/5.

Property has not provided the room and behavior was too rude and worst pl. Return back my payment

they were good no issues stay was for one night only ,had food served from outside the hotel which had its arrangements

The condition of the rooms were very poor and not good as mentioned in pictures of Hotel. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Overall a horrible experience for two days. Sticks to Road through which noise of traffic is disturbing continues ly throughout night.

1. Most horrible thing is that you have to ask for water in washroom/toilet every time you need to use it, all the time they used to say that the water tank got empty. 2. The room is not clean, when we use the ceiling fan then some dust spread all over the bed and we have to adjust with it. 3. As its just adjacent to highway all the time we feel the vibration of vehicle movement. So its not a good stay for me.

Real room is very small bathroom is so so small. Staff and management co operative

The stay and food were average.

Untidy room, dirty bathroom. The day we reached the Hotel, I told them that the bathroom was not clean. But they didn't respond. Room and the bathroom are too small.

I request MakeMyTrip not to recommend this hotel. No cleaning, mosquitoes, dirty atmosphere, bathroom lock not working, room bad smell, TV not working, no mineral water, nothing to say. Very very bad.
