good clean food quality good easy to transport location to near by airport near by garden and park good to stay

The rooms were well cleaned. Food served was upto the requirement. Bar was well stocked. All personel were quite helpful,infact they arranged a cab within short notice. I'm looking forward to stay here for the next time. If the hotel could install a small gym ,it will be

Dirty rooms. Pathetic services.whole night we could not sleep because of bed bug sound. Dirty sheets. Nothing was good.

See the main thing is behaviour. Staff behaviour's are just awesome and the ambience is really cool. And the most attractive part is the food quality which is awesome

While morning checkout behaviour of the waiter was very offensive at breakfast area. I came at the breakfast area at 10. 30am which was the last time and they refused to serve breakfast. I will not recommend this hotel in future to anyone.

Property location is within malda town and distance from station is around 2. 5km. Food in hotel is very delicious. Service is good, behavior of staff is good.

Hotel was good, rooms were clean. only issue was that we had booked room with free breakfast and lunch/diner but infact they will give you very small amount in lunch/dinner which is fishy

I have stayed here a number of times till early last year. I stopped because there was a fall in their service, which seems to have got better now. A comfortable business hotel but the rooms are a bit cramped. They have the best bar in town. Food is reasonably good.

The location of the hotel was fine but there was an issue with the water supply in the bathroom of room no. 302. After two days of complaining the hotel management shifted me to room no. 202

Hotel avarage and guard is misbehaving to guest for visiter. Avarage hotel food is costly and early morning chek inn very tuff

It's good, not excellent though. In few cases clear cost cutting visible. Staffs are good. Cleanliness average. Car park is easy and accessible. Ac is excellent.

Room was very small. Linen and towels were old and didnt look clean. Breakfast was under average. Dinner was also limited. Overall, not recommend for travellers with hygiene expectations.
