Why out side food is not allowed as they are serving very low quality of food.

Poor service and meal plans ,charging high but we are not getting good hotels, low priced rooms given to US with dirty bed sheet and MMT is charging high.

Location is the usp, food was below average, rooms are very small and for third person they provide only a very thin mattress not an extra bed. Clean property and polite staff.

Staff behavior is good, room is clean. Food is so expensive.

Tawal, blanket, all are dirty, after inform changed by service boy. Food ok. Not satisfactory experience

Not a single facility is good in this hotel when i entered into the hotel blanket was in almirah and when i opened the doors of almirah it smells very bad i stayed for 2 days after staying one night i informed houskeeping staff to change the blanket but they not bothered cleanness is also not maintained well

It is located very near to the malda railway station but the room service is very slow. The reception people made me wait for an hour to prepare the bill during check out.

Very poor experience. Room size is very small. Not provided fresh towel. In washroom hanger also rusty which make a spot in my new cloth. Food quality quite better only, other than everything is very poor. Providing two different type/size sleeper in a pair.

Nice experience, polite staff, very helpful management. Service was prompt. All amenities were working. Overall we had a peaceful stay

Rooms are extremely dirty. Insects are all around. I even informed the hoteliers many times they were suggesting that i keep the door and window closed.

I have paid rs. 2551 but i got the invoice from hotel is rs. 2379. The booking was for 3 persons however the room accommodation is for 2 persons. Room quality is very bad, nearby room's sound is very much adiabl feel like there in no wall between adject room

Location is good, rooms in the hotel were very small. Washrooms were clean but not kept in good condition. Staff behaviour is good and they are cooperative.

4. My stay at hotel vedanta, malda is very nice. Hotel staffs are very good and cooperative. Their restaurent called "gupi bagha" is well decorated and foods are warm and tasty. Service ia prompt and good. Be in the early morning or late night thay are very much ready to help guests. That why i prefer to stay one more day here in the same hotel when i need to stay due to my work.

The hotel was nice and clean. The boys and staff were helpful and responsible. Food there was just awesome! ambiance in the attached restaurant was soothing. All the prices were reasonable. I thank them for their hospitality.
