Excellent location, cosy amenities, courteous staff, food was good, bed, linen, towels etc all were clean and hygienic

Overall room and service are good, food quality is good, but it's check out in 1hr early.

Rooms are very small, food is good. Rooms are not spacious, little clumsy. Service is okay. Breakfast is good.

I am quite a regular here. Comfortable short stay business hotel. Rooms are not very large, but has just enough furniture. They have a great roof top bar, quite spacious! The food by and large is good, but spicy. The hotel could consider adding grilled and baked dishes.

Location is excellent, food was not that good according to the price and services were very poor for one thing you have to ask 5 to 6 times.

The rooms were well cleaned. Food served was upto the requirement. Bar was well stocked. All personel were quite helpful,infact they arranged a cab within short notice. I'm looking forward to stay here for the next time. If the hotel could install a small gym ,it will be

Dirty rooms. Pathetic services.whole night we could not sleep because of bed bug sound. Dirty sheets. Nothing was good.

See the main thing is behaviour. Staff behaviour's are just awesome and the ambience is really cool. And the most attractive part is the food quality which is awesome

While morning checkout behaviour of the waiter was very offensive at breakfast area. I came at the breakfast area at 10. 30am which was the last time and they refused to serve breakfast. I will not recommend this hotel in future to anyone.

Property location is within malda town and distance from station is around 2. 5km. Food in hotel is very delicious. Service is good, behavior of staff is good.

Hotel was good, rooms were clean. only issue was that we had booked room with free breakfast and lunch/diner but infact they will give you very small amount in lunch/dinner which is fishy
