This property is not safe for women. for a tiny stain on the bed sheet. A compensation amount was demanded for the staining and the staff kept us confined for 45 mins unless the amount was paid. On escalating matters to the Operation manager , During this ordeal two men constantly tried to flaunt the stained sheet and asked her to try and remove the stain. The hotel staff should know that hotel linen and towels can get dirty The hotel staff also did not provide us the complimentary breakfast due to non payment of the Rupees provides a pdf file stating the property rules on confirmation of booking. Although no such rule was stated that required guests to provide monetary compensation for stained linen or dirty towels. After all isnt it natural for hotels to expect linen and towels to be dirty after use, as long as there is no wilful damage.

Food was good. The room was excellent but they did not keep any pair of sleepers for washroom use. Overall good stay at this hote Food was good. AC was not working in the room, After 4 request they have sent 4 people to correct that but they failed ask to shift another room .I have shifted another room. There are same issue , it was sleepless night for me .One hotel staff personally told me that we the problem and Escalated to the management but they are not correcting that . This is a worst staying experience in my life .

Overall Stay was ok. it was time taking at level of Bill preparation and also at Restaurant compiling food in MAP Plan. food was good.

Something amiss with the rooms, the furnishing of the restaurant and bar does not seem to be up to the mark. The corridors of the living area is very dirty, littered with overnight room service crockery and half eaten food. Overall an unkempt look barring the reception and the lobby.

Value for money. Good location and services. Nice and variety breakfast. Neat and clean rooms with small confectionery bar

The hotel should improve the food and room quality. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Hotel unable to provide proper bill, even water price is more than MRP

Comfortable stay. Service is good with decent buffet breakfast. Good place to stay in malda if travel-ling with family or as solo traveller.

Room bed sheets are smelling and during breakfast very few options and on-date no buffet breakfast. In name if breakfast only toast, tea, egg and puri & aaloo curry. No fruit not acceptable at any level. This is cheating

All hotel staff and crews are amazing..well maintained ambience..very good service..foods are delicious.

They have taken extra charges of 1200 rupees only due to they have find a mark of food in blanket which am not even sure that the mark was done from myself. Totally shocked and cheated. I am requesting please think before selecting stay there

Accomodation is good and overall it is nice

This hotel claims big but not a great hotel and have an issue with basic things like towels should be readily available in the washroom when the guest checks-in. Follow up shouldn’t be made with the admin. Also, when the power goes, shifting to generator takes lot of time. You have to sit in dark for 5-10 mins which is a lot of time. Overall not at all a great hotel at such price.
