Everything was good. They really taken everything seriously about their job and done everything well and also maintained hygiene and cleanliness in their hotel and services are so supportive and helpful. Must recommend.

Very Disappointing Experience – Needs Major Improvements I had a pathetic experience during my stay. The property is poorly maintained, and basic amenities are not up to the mark. The AC was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. There were also water issues in the washroom, which made things even worse. Overall, the lack of maintenance and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable. This place needs serious improvements before it can be recommended to anyone.

Room was spacious and excellent. Beds were comfortable. Toilet was clean and hygienic. We ordered butter Naan and Dal Makhani. It was awesome 👌. Breakfast needs to improve. Food was cold.

Hot water wasn't available in the washroom tap. Even the water flow in washroom was very feeble. The shampoo was also of low quality. The wifi connection was terrible. There were cockroaches & flies in the room.

Hot waters was not available in shower

Hotel room was good, clean and comfortable. In the bathroom shower was not working and couldn't be fixed. We found few cockroaches in bed and other places in the room. Front desk experience was decent nothing special. Overall you can stay in this hotel and couldn't expect more in a place like Malda.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the property booked through MakeMyTrip.. Upon arrival, we found that the amenities didn't match what was advertised. Specifically: 1. The pool was closed. 2. Room amenities fell short of our expectations. We hope you can look into this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that properties meet their advertised standards.

Property is located at center of the city and also very near by to railway station. Breakfast varieties and taste is very good. facilities like restaurant and parlour are available with additional payment.

EVERYTHING WAS TOO GOOD. FOOD WAS NICE. LOCATION WAS EQUALLY GOOD. ROOMS WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. Toiletries and linens were very neat and clean. Entire team from check in to check out were exceptionally courteous
